These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vb8000 ("vb8000", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be satisfied in full. vb8000 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct a security review if unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected on the account. During any security review, funds remain secured in your account and are not forfeited unless fraud or a breach of these Terms is confirmed.

All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms specific to each individual promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register a vb8000 account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the vb8000 welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance upon deposit confirmation and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of the qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation.

General Bonus Terms applicable to all vb8000 promotions:

• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering on eligible games and markets as specified per promotion. Certain game categories (e.g., live sports betting on specific markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the vb8000 platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

Sports Betting:

• All bets placed on vb8000 sports markets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific cash-out option is available and actively applied by the player.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, vb8000 will apply standard void and settlement rules as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In most cases, bets on a voided event will be returned as stake to the player's account balance.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, the decision of the vb8000 trading team is final.

Casino & Slots:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real-time game events (cards dealt, wheel spin results, etc.).
• In the event of a technical interruption during a casino game round, the round will be settled based on the game state at the point of interruption, in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Where no conclusive game state can be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• vb8000 is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's inability to access the platform due to their own technical difficulties, including internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser incompatibilities.

Currency & Account Balance: All wagering activity on vb8000 is conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your account balance reflects your real-money balance only; bonus balances are tracked separately and displayed in your account dashboard. You may not wager more than is available in your real-money balance at the time of bet placement.

vb8000 maintains strict conduct standards to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud vb8000 or other players, including through the use of software bots, automated betting systems, exploiting bugs or glitches, collusion with other players, or any other deceptive means.

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or access vb8000 services while under the age of 18. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, and any balance — including winnings — may be forfeited.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.

vb8000 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is identified, vb8000 reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice, including freezing account balances, reversing transactions, and pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.

vb8000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete a requested KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account action.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (inactive account policy).

Voluntary Account Closure: Players may request the closure of their vb8000 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month will be applied to the remaining real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb8000 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the vb8000 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors, or delays affecting the platform or any game or market.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy or error in odds, game results, or account balance displays that vb8000 corrects in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any information, promotional material, or communication published by vb8000.

vb8000 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit vb8000's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Language & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution processes applicable in the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by vb8000 at its discretion.
